01 — The Challenge
Environmental integrity with no investor visibility
SYARIAH came to Praximond with something most projects don't have: real, verified data. 9,002 ha of Private Conservation Area recognized by SERNANP. 15,000 drone-planted trees with 95.3% 12-month survival rate. 12,000 tonnes of captured CO₂. 251 catalogued bird species, three of them new subspecies to science.
The problem wasn't the project. It was that all that environmental capital existed in PDF reports, internal satellite data, and conversations with local partners. There was no digital experience a European fund or Swiss family office could explore at 2 a.m. from Amsterdam, understand in minutes, and decide to schedule a call.
ESG funds operating under CSRD and the ICVCM's Core Carbon Principles demand radical transparency: public satellite viewer, auditable data panels, verifiable legal structure. The technical challenge was turning that requirement into a premium web experience that communicated rigor without sacrificing the visual identity of the Amazonian territory.
02 — The Solution
An investment portal that speaks three languages at once
We designed a 12-section architecture that simultaneously serves three user profiles: the institutional investor who needs verifiable data and legal structure, the ecotourist who wants floating bungalows and pink river dolphins, and the conscious citizen who wants to know their money protects indigenous territories. Each section has its own depth layer.
REDD+ Carbon Bond System
Interactive VCU calculator, real-time market prices ($18–$32 USD/credit), 30-year structure with legal backing registered in Peru's Public Registry.
Public Satellite Viewer
Interactive map updated every 10 days showing deforestation alerts, active reforestation zones, and biodiversity data — the project's most differentiating transparency asset.
Ecotourism Portal
Amazon tours, floating bungalows, pink river dolphin watching, and a catalogue of 251 bird species. Integrated booking engine with real-time availability.
Editorial REDD+ Blog (10 articles)
In-depth content on carbon markets, Amazonian legislation, satellite technology, and indigenous communities. Positioned as the sector's leading Spanish-language reference.
Expansion Roadmap
Interactive timeline with verified milestones: projected VCU emissions (Q1 2026: 60,000), IFC program, construction phases, and 2030 environmental impact targets.
Stories Viewer + Modular Navbar
Instagram-style story system with a custom viewer for indigenous community testimonials, field documentaries, and impact records. Modular navbar adapted to each user profile.
03 — Tech Stack
Premium design that justifies investor trust
The stack was chosen to deliver two things simultaneously: load speed (critical for investors with low tolerance for friction) and animation depth (editorial glassmorphism, background particles, section transitions) that communicates quality without saying it.
04 — Process
4 months from data to capital
Discovery & Investor Strategy
Mapped the three user profiles (investor, ecotourist, citizen), audited available data assets (certifications, satellite reports, community data), and defined the 12-section architecture and conversion flow for each profile.
Design System & Visual Identity
Developed the glassmorphism design system with an Amazonian green palette. High-fidelity components for the satellite viewer, VCU calculator, and stories system. Validated with SYARIAH team and adjusted tone (premium without losing Amazonian approachability).
Development: 12 sections + Blog + REDD+
Full implementation in React 18 + TypeScript + Framer Motion. Custom stories viewer, modular navbar, carbon bond calculator, ecotourism portal with bookings, blog with 10 SEO-optimized MDX articles targeting carbon market keywords.
Launch & Investor Pitch
Vercel deploy with CI/CD. Pitch materials prepared for COP30 (Belém, November 2025). Support during first conversations with GreenCapital Europe. Companion app launched simultaneously: 3,214 downloads in 72 hours.
05 — Results
Transparency as a marketing strategy
Additional institutional recognition
"European funds don't doubt our environmental integrity — they see it in the satellite viewer before the first call. What Praximond built isn't just a website: it's the sales argument that works 24 hours a day."
06 — Key Takeaways
What this project redefined in our approach
Transparency is conversion, not compliance
Publishing the satellite viewer on the homepage — no registration, no friction — wasn't just ethics. It was the project's most effective marketing decision: investors enter to verify and leave convinced.
A triple user requires differentiated architecture
Three profiles with opposing needs on the same domain. The solution wasn't a mega-menu: it was a progressive-depth section architecture where each profile finds their natural flow before the others interrupt.
Premium design is part of the investor argument
A European ESG fund evaluating 180 projects annually makes first-impression decisions. Glassmorphism and Framer Motion animations aren't decoration — they signal that the project has the seriousness level the investor expects.
